About Climatech
Climatech Heating and Cooling serves the heating and cooling needs of Mooresville, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Denver and other communities around lake Norman. Locally owned and operated, their mission is to deliver value to our customers with honesty and integrity. The company has 25 highly trained and experienced employees who each have integral roles in the day-to-day activities. The staff works together to provide prospects and clients with prompt, precise service. Their objective is to provide excellent customer service, to build and maintain long term relationships.
Climatech installs a variety of brand name heating and cooling systems and services all brands of HVAC equipment. The staff is trained to work with all scenarios: commercial, residential, new construction or existing structures, system installation, service or replacement. Climatech Heating and Cooling is ready to satisfy the communities HVAC needs with the experience, integrity and trusted names that clients deserve.
Nature of the Situation
Climatech was well established in the community, has a strong customer base but lacked an online presence. The company wanted to establish a website that high lighted the services they offered to communities in and around Lake Norman. Climatech also wanted to develop branding and identity on the web through their website and online marketing efforts. Their desire is to be positioned as the dominant HVAC company in the Lake Norman and North Charlotte marketplace in local search engine results and online presence.
Nature of the Solution
Web Strategy and planning
RevenFlo offered a strategy to design and develop an open source technology web site that would promote the Climatech brand and position them as the leader in HVAC services in the Lake Norman communities. Outside of building the site we needed to work with the client to create the content and copy for the site. After launching the site we have continued to work with Climatech on their web marketing.
Web Design and Development
Visit Site- We designed an easily navigable site that outlines the variety of services Climatech is able to provide. The site accommodates education marketing and promotional marketing as well, allowing Climatech to post updates on industry news as well a seasonal specials. The site speaks to the professionalism and personalized customer service the Climatech provides. We incorporated a plan on training the staff to maximize exposure and ensure site updates.
Web Marketing Management
We launched a web marketing initiative that has a primary focus on positioning Climatech in top search engine results for the market place they serve. Climatech wants to dominate search engine results for the marketplace they serve and they have achieved that with the website and web marketing launch managed by RevenFlo. The next phase is to segue into the social media foray and to cross promote Climatech with their website and selected social media outlets.
Web Maintenance and Training
We provide maintenance work for Climatech on an as needed basis. We are able to assist them with any update or changes they would like made to the site per their request. In addition to maintenance we provided training to Climatech staff on how to utilize the open source technology and how to yield the greatest results from an SEO and web marketing standpoint.

About Jan-Pro
Jan-Pro® cleaning professionals are located throughout the Charleston area. They provide expert janitorial and carpet cleaning service to satisfied clients in offices, medical buildings, schools and retail centers. Jan-Pro® owner-operators are licensed, highly-trained franchisees of Jan-Pro® of the South Carolina Coast, located in Mount Pleasant SC.
Nature of the Situation
Jan-Pro® of the Carolina Coast had no website of their own, but were instead only represented in the corporate website, which was an international website. The local franchise owner decided to create a web presence to reflect Jan-Pro® the LOCAL SERVICE BUSINESS, as opposed to Jan-Pro® the international franchising opportunity. Jan-Pro® serves its community of businesses and organizations well, and wants a dominant market presence in the local community.
Nature of the Solution
1. Web Strategy and Planning
We articulated a strategy to design and develop a bold, professional, strategic website built in an open source content management system. Then to deploy a monthly marketing program in Search Marketing, Online Advertising, and Social Media Management to achieve a dominant level of presence in the web marketplace for local commercial cleaning services. We also planned to train and educate staff on using the system to publish and manage content, and to provide necessary maintenance and updates of the technology involved.
2. Web Design and Development
Visit Site – We designed the site to be a user-friendly, powerful, bold design that would accommodate education marketing as well as promotion marketing. We developed the site in Wordpress to allow easy content management for both the web marketing service provider (us) and the client.
3. Web Marketing Management
We will be launching a web marketing program (if all goes as planned) immediately. This program will include Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content/Education Marketing.
4. Web Maintenance and Training
We will be providing needed updates and upgrades to the technology as well as appropriate staff training to meet the operational needs of Jan-Pro®.

About Leitner Construction
Leitner Construction Company (LCC) has been providing expert construction project management service for clients in the Church, Medical, Industrial, Institutional, Sports and Corporate fields for over 35 years.
The company was originally founded by J.D. Leitner in 1947 as a residential construction company serving York, Chester and Lancaster Counties SC. In 1973 J.D.’s sons, Mac and Jimmy, joined the business and expanded into commercial and light industrial construction.
As LCC evolved, they positioned themselves as a reputable firm in general commercial construction for the northeastern upstate SC area. Their mission to deliver a premium product at a reasonable price has resulted in Leitner benefiting from and established and thriving presence in their target marketplace. In addition to their stellar business reputation, they are a respected corporate citizen in Rock Hill and York County as a whole.
Nature of the Situation
Leitner did not have an existing website when they approached RevenFlo to assist them in cultivating a web presence. They wanted to create a website that offered a meaningful experience to visitors as well as showcase their work and grow different aspects of the business. The site needed to offer visitors the ability to engage with Leitner and view existing projects.
In addition to establishing a professional looking web presence, LCC wanted a website that allowed their staff to go in and update information, add photos of new projects and publish information about new clients and projects. The goal was to gain online positioning for Leitner in their target market and increase brand awareness. LCC was also interested in growing their recognition in the private sector project side of their business. They are frequently acknowledged for the public projects they managed and wanted to be recognized as a private sector construction services company as well.
Nature of the Solution
RevenFlo suggested building an interactive website in an open source content management system web technology that offered the functionality and navigability that Leitner was seeking. We started with securing the www.leitnerconstructionco.com domain and building the site in WordPress. This platform allows Leitner to make regular updates to the site. Updating content keeps the site engaging and allows LCC to exercise greater control over the information of their site.
The new site allows Leitner to showcase their niche market expertise as well as promote the private sector construction management experience they have. The site was also designed to allow prospective clients to submit RFP’s and contact information to establish a point of contact for LCC.
RevenFlo also trained LCC employees on utilizing the website functionality, such as posting content and adding photos of completed projects with regularity and ease. This offers the opportunity to organically increase search engine ranking as well as engage prospects with visual media.
In addition to building the site and training on usage, RevenFlo has managed some initial Search Engine Optimization activity following the site launch. This activity is to make some initial progress to ensure that LCC is properly positioned on in search engines.
Leitner plans to continue to expand their web presence as they grow their business and reach a broader audience.

We worked with Eric Storm and his marketing consultant to build a powerful web communications and marketing solution. We used the open source content management system, Wordpress. We found a well designed, well developed widget-ready theme (or user-interface and “skin” for the technology) built by a group called NattyWP. We worked with the Eric Storm Team to establish appropriate hosting with a national provider, select and implement an appropriate technology, integrate an effective design theme, and to organize and publish content. AIMS hired us to create the website that will introduce this solution to the world. We had only about a month to work and under intense pressure, we were able to pull off the design, copywriting, development, and launch of this site.

RevenFlo is working with Harris Communications to present their core offering to the those who can benefit most from it. Harris Communications makes cell phones work in buildings. They set up local infrastructure and systems to boost the cell signals of all the carriers in your in-building dead zones. To ultimately provide this service, Harris must gather a certain set of data on the building in question and then provide a quote. This is inherently part of the process by which they serve people.
On the other side of that coin, there are people who want to eliminate the problem posed by the fact that no one can get a cell signal inside their building. These ready consumers know that they need to get to someone and provide information in order to get an estimate. It’s just part of the process.

In doing this project with Harris, we are seeking to use the Web to bring two desirous parties together in a win-win. The consumer is using the Web to seek a solution. Harris has a solution and is using the Web to communicate it clearly to those who are searching for it.
We are using paid search and SEO to get the message in front of people who are qualifying themselves with search. We are using the website to clearly communicate the solution AND to initiate contact AND to facilitate the exchange of data.
We are very pleased with the whole idea. Let’s see what the market has to say about it.

Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC, hired RevenFlo for a consulting project. The project was to improve their website as a tool to encourage and facilitate sign-ups for their continuing education courses. In under 10 hours, we were able to identify a host of usability and organizational issues that needed to be addressed. And to spell out a host of logical, simple changes that could be made to have a radical effect on the user experience of their site, eliminating (or at least minimizing) the issues.
