One of Derek McQuistion’s immediate desires is see his vision extend to both 4th and 6th grade classes at York Road Elementary. Ultimately, he would like to see his ‘Big Dream’ empower other educators. Encouraging them to trust their instincts, be creative and use their teaching instincts to challenge traditional teaching norms.
