Web Team Business Case for Mid-Size and Enterprise Organizations
Web Team Business Case for Mid-Size and Enterprise Organizations
Contracting a professional web team is the simplest and most effective way to invest in Internet Marketing.
Where to Start
Understanding that one has a need in Internet-based communications and marketing is a first step, but knowing where to start in order to service that need is often not clear. We put forward that approaching us is your simplest and most productive path.
We work with you to
- define business objectives;
- define strategic objectives;
- align budgets, resources, and timelines;
- execute projects and activity;
- deliver and/or measure; and
- begin the process again.
An Extension of Your Team
Organizational and individual communications have never been more present in the marketplace. Much of this communication is inspired by the Internet. The Internet is a space for activity and engagement. It’s happening now. The true investment is in that activity, in those communications.
Success on the Internet comes from the willingness to invest in activity in a meaningful way and to measure the effects of such engagement.
Resources
Each RevenFlo team member works closely with a project manager. We collaborate and complete objectives for your project or program with a commitment to success and value.
We provide a different kind of investment in human resources, a team collaboration model, a successful alternative in a changing marketplace.
- Salary – The salaries of an Internet Marketing Director and a Webmaster and a Designer and a Developer and a Content Writer and an SEO often make staffing a team a non-starter.
- Budget – Even with several of these skills on staff, you must supply budgets for spending on contracted, skilled labor outside of those staff members’ skill sets.
- Health Care – Health Care costs are unpredictable, expensive, and they present an administrative burden.
- Benefits and Taxes – The W2 employment model can add significant cost to staffed labor
- Infrastructure – Computers, software, and space are to be provided.
With all added up, you will spend a significant amount of money on Internet Marketing in the next 5 years.
Comprehensive and Integral
RevenFlo will
- work with your executive and/or marketing team to develop strategy and define business requirements;
- work in our teams of knowledge workers to define content and technology requirements;
- delineate tasks and manage the implementation of those tasks as strategically dictated – utilizing the different knowledge worker individual’s skill as it is needed at that particular time;
- measure, analyze, and report to executive/marketing committee or director.
Working with a Marketing Director
Whether you are a CMO, a Marketing VP, Marketing Director, or a Marketing Manager, you are in charge of what happens (or doesn’t happen) on the Internet. You have a full plate as it is, and Internet Marketing is becoming an increasing component. Imagine having the team you need intact and ready to work, you just put it on like a magic glove and it guides your hand while you watch and provide the vision. Consider allowing RevenFlo to do the work that needs to be done.
