Nature of the Problem
Catawba Animal Clinic approached RevenFlo Web Team with a desire to update the look of their existing website. While CAC’s focus was to improve their website’s professional appearance, RevenFlo knew it had far greater potential. CAC has been serving the needs of pet’s and their owners in the Rock Hill area since 1978. With over 30 years dedicated to veterinary care, education, and community service, their new website needed to be more than just an “attractive face” on the Internet. Working with CAC, RevenFlo helped them understand how their new website could work harder for them as a state-of-the-art branding and marketing tool.

A Pet Portal feature allows clients to manage their pet’s records including on line appointment scheduling and form completion. The back end of the site allows for quick updates of news, events and testimonial content. The enhanced functionality of Social Media makes it easy for staff to upload images to Facebook. RevenFlo provided staff training for managing these areas which allayed any concerns CAC had with updates interrupting their day to day work flow.
