York Preparatory Academy is a free public charter school founded in 2010 and located in Rock Hill, South Carolina. York Prep provides education to students in Kindergarten through 12th grade who live in South Carolina regardless of the assigned school district.
A POWERFUL BRAND
RevenFlo worked with York Prep to create a powerful and compelling brand based on their core philosophy of the K12 Educational experience – a holistic, organic journey. We modeled the imagery of the brand on a beautiful tree that defines the campus entrance, and we leaned into the metaphor for our messaging.

To create a video series as compelling as the brand and York Prep itself, we knew we needed to include the students and the staff in more ways than just interviewing them. So, we created an original song, and then we had a student band perform the song while the entire staff sang along. We then used this as our audio soundtrack to do a series of interview videos called From Roots to Bloom.

York Prep came to RevenFlo again after developing an online tool called YPAexperience.org. To market this tool to parents and teachers, we created a series of videos detailing the York Prep experience and demonstrating the role of the new tool in helping all participants support the student in their success journey through K12.
