Jason Broadwater as chair of the Leadership Committee of the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation (RHEDC) presented to the RHEDC the proposed 2009 Community-Wide Economic Development goals for the City of Rock Hill. The goals were approved and will next be presented to City Council.
