Sidewalk Development is a real estate development company focused on aligning the interests of private, municipal, and university stakeholders. The company has completed projects at Rowan University and St. Peter’s University, which have proven to be extremely successful. And now, Sidewalk Development is coming to Rock Hill to work on a project with Winthrop University. Tim Elliot, Sidewalk Development partner, is working towards the rebirth of Rock Hill’s Bleachery property which used to be an old textile site.
RevenFlo is working with Sidewalk Development to create a video that will showcase the vision behind the redevelopment of the Bleachery. We look forward to working with this awesome company in hopes of bettering the Rock Hill community!
