Jason founded RevenFlo in 2004. He functions as the president, and in business development, sales, marketing, and executive management. York County’s Small Business Person of the Year for 2010, Jason is a constant entrepreneur. He is on the board of the Rock Hill Economic Development Corporation, and is the founder and manager of The Hive. Jason speaks and writes on Internet Communications and Economic Development. Jason holds a Masters of Fine Arts in writing from Goddard College in Vermont and is a senior fellow of the American Leadership Forum. Jason is married to Dicksy and has two beautiful children – Drake and Rosey.
Chad Smith functions as operations manager of RevenFlo and is charged with the management of all RevenFlo work as conducted for RevenFlo clients. Chad came from a project management background in the construction and stone industry. Prior to that, he worked in sales and marketing for both advertising firms and mortgage firms. Chad is married to Susie and has two wonderful sons, Grayson, and Jake.
John functions as lead developer & programmer for RevenFlo. John graduated with distinction from York Technical College with an Associates Degree in Computer Technology. John attended The Hive under RevenFlo’s leadership where he served as a web developer and server administrator. John has a strong background in network administration.
Chance functions as accounts manager and sales professional for RevenFlo. She attended University of South Carolina majoring in Business. She has specific experience in supplying creative ideas to clients for inspiration, collaborating with potential clients to develop a vision, working with outside vendors to successfully implement the client’s requirements, and establishing marketing techniques to expand the client’s client base. Chance has a beautiful little boy named Pierceson.
Chris functions as a videographer and photographer for RevenFlo. With a background in conceptual illustration and graphic design, Chris has worked in various aspects of video production including cinematography, sound design and motion graphics. His work can be seen on the Outdoor Channel and various feature length movies.
David functions as a web developer & programmer for RevenFlo. David (less formally known as “schism”) has an Associates Degree in Computer Science from York Technical College. He has a background in programming, audio production, and recording. He was part of The Hive under the leadership of RevenFlo staff where he worked on several public sector and non-profit web projects.
Micah functions as a videographer and photographer for RevenFlo. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Media Arts and a minor in Illustration. Micah has a passion for any storytelling that can be done with a camera and lights. He has worked as cinematographer, writer, director and/or editor on various features, short films and television pilots.
Robin functions as manager of public relations as well as operations at the Hive. He has experience in library operations management and volunteer training programs. Robin has a B.A. in Philosophy from Furman University, and is currently pursuing a B.S. in Computer Science at UNC-Charlotte. Robin and his wife Walker are the proud parents of a gifted terrier mutt named Emmet.
Nicole functions as the social media manager and writer for RevenFlo. She attended University of North Carolina at Asheville, graduated with a degree in Multimedia Arts and Sciences, and comes to us with a background in student services for higher education. Nicole has has a passion for people, photography, and lives in Charlotte with Chris the boyfriend, Frank and Charlie the dogs, Minnie the cat, and Libby the bunny.
RevenFlo strategy / project managers provide the primary point of contact for our clients. A strategy / project manager is responsible for defining and managing all of the work that is conducted for the client, whether in the context of a marketing program or in the context of a client request. The strategy / project manager is the pin that holds it all together.
RevenFlo works with professional web designers spanning the United States, and even the world. Under the strategic management of a RevenFlo strategy/project manager, our web designers are concerned with usability, brand, and aesthetic – in that order. We design for website and application development as well as for continued marketing endeavors.
RevenFlo works with professional web developers spanning the globe. We develop websites primarily in open source content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Magento), but we support any languages and platforms available by recruiting and providing experienced development in that arena. We also develop mobile applications to suit the current (and future) mobile environment.
RevenFlo works with professional researchers and writers from all over the United States. We work with individuals knowledgeable in Health Care, Legal Services, Economic Development, Small Business, and more. Our writers generate copy for websites, as well as generate ongoing strategic content in the context of our Internet Marketing programs.
RevenFlo works with professional videographers and photographers who can reach and serve our clients’ needs. The importance of photography and increasingly video is difficult to overstate in terms of Internet Marketing and Content Design.

This activity includes Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Paid Advertising Management, and Social Media Management. RevenFlo works with web analysts who provide in-depth analysis of performance metrics using cutting edge enterprise analytics technology. Our web analysts both respond to and guide our strategy by aligning goals and measurement tactics to therefore show progress and/or a need to shift our direction.
